Join Adam King, King’s Landscape Design, as he moderates a panel discussion on understanding and managing burnout. Panelists include: April Pitts, Chalet Landscape; Christian Schloegel, C+I Services LLC; Kila Harwick, Green Soils Management.
During this discussion, we will explore the early signs of burnout and how to address them before they escalate. Learn effective techniques to recharge during a busy workweek, and discover strategies that have worked for others to re-energize their passion and well-being. We’ll dive into the role of work-life balance and how organizations can better support employees facing burnout. Whether you’re struggling with burnout or simply want to prevent it, this event will provide valuable tools to help you manage stress, ask for support, and ultimately, stay energized and motivated in your work.
