Staycation Renovation

This renovation project provided a fresh start for a property full of potential. A new bluestone front entrance framed by Pennsylvania fieldstone accent walls and tiered planting beds breathe new life into the home's curb appeal. Due to the minimal natural slope of the property and surrounding area, a combination of drain tile, level spreaders, dry wells, and sump pumps were incorporated to adequately manage stormwater. The repeated theme of Pennsylvania fieldstone walls and tiered planting beds wrap around the home and into the back of the property, providing continuity to the landscape. The backyard sanctuary provides a wide array of opportunities from relaxing poolside on a hot Summer day to cozying up by the fire on a crisp evening.
