Seeking a skilled Pool Designer to create stunning, code-compliant pool designs using Structure Studios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input and scale survey plats with client details in Structure Studios.
• Apply local Illinois codes and setbacks for zoning compliance.
• Calculate impervious surface percentages as needed.
• Design custom pools and patios based on client needs.
• Verify designs meet all regulations.
• Create 3D models for client visualization (preferred).
• Collaborate with the sales team for timely design revisions.
• Work in the Wheeling office, with occasional client site visits.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Structure Studios software.
• Knowledge of local zoning and impervious surface regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong design and collaboration skills.
• 3D modeling experience is a plus.
