Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Production Manager to oversee daily field operations for multiple landscape maintenance and snow removal crews. This position is responsible for scheduling, routing, material coordination, and reporting key operational metrics. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance crew management with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate multiple landscape and snow removal crews daily.
Develop and manage weekly schedules and routes for maximum crew and equipment efficiency.
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and pickups to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Track and report key production metrics, including:
-Crew labor efficiency and job completion rates
-Material usage and cost tracking
-Equipment utilization and downtime
-Safety and quality control compliance
-Snow event response and completion times
Generate weekly performance and production reports for management review.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Train, mentor, and develop foremen and crew members to maintain company standards.
Participate in snow event planning and supervise operations during weather events.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of supervisory or management experience in landscaping, construction, or snow operations.
-Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
-Strong organizational and analytical skills; capable of interpreting and using performance data.
-Proficient with scheduling and routing software (BOSS, Aspire, or similar preferred).
-Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
-Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
