Clarence Davids & Company, an award-winning landscape design-build firm, is seeking a Branch Manager for our Ingleside, IL office. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for daily branch operations, driving growth, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee branch operations and staff management
• Support and mentor team members to meet goals and deliver excellent service
• Build and maintain client relationships, addressing any concerns or requests
• Coordinate with staff on proposals and project execution
• Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
• Identify growth opportunities within the Chicagoland market
Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in landscape architecture, construction, or a related industry preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook; Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred)
• Experience managing budgets and scheduling
