Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all phases of landscape construction projects—from planning and scheduling to execution and final walkthroughs. Your leadership will guide project teams, ensure efficient use of resources, and uphold the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for building exceptional, sustainable outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling - Collaborate with the design team to review plans, clarify project scope, and establish timelines. Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are prepared and available to meet project schedules.
Resource & Vendor Coordination - Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to secure required materials and resources. Monitor inventory, manage deliveries, and resolve supply‑related issues to keep projects on track.
Client Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase. Provide consistent project updates, handle change requests, and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain a positive, professional client experience from start to finish.
Quality Control & Site Oversight - Conduct regular site visits to ensure work meets design specifications, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Identify and resolve any issues, deficiencies, or safety hazards promptly.
Budget & Cost Management - Track labor hours, material usage, and equipment costs throughout each project. Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings while maintaining quality. Help ensure projects are completed within budget parameters.
Winter Responsibilities - Support the planning, management, and execution of snow and ice operations during winter months.
Experience: Landscape Construction: 5+ years (Required)
