Session Two: Janelle Reeb – Discovering Your Genius
The Working Genius Model designed by Patrick Lencioni helps teams build trust and work better together by understanding how people are wired to contribute. Unlike personality tools, Working Genius is 80% productivity—focused on getting the right work done by the right people. Teams uncover their key strengths, common frustrations, and where each person is most effective as a teammate and leader. This shared language reduces misjudgments, improves communication, and increases energy and engagement. Led by Working Genius Certified Facilitator, Janelle Reeb, the huddle provides a simple framework for solving problems together, aligning roles, and making faster, clearer decisions—so teams get more done in less time.

Session Three: Megan Morrison – The Intuitive Edge
Why do Fortune 500 companies, top universities, and the U.S. military invest millions in studying intuition? Because intuition is a measurable, science-backed capability that can be trained and applied to high-stakes decision-making. While everyone has intuition, many women hesitate to trust or voice it, especially when their insight challenges consensus or data-driven norms. This session teaches four key skills to use intuition at its full potential—helping you make better decisions, set clearer boundaries, and communicate your gut instincts with confidence and credibility.
