Own Your Voice – Get Out of Your Way
Recognizing the thoughts, communication habits, and behaviors that can either move us forward or hold us back.

What if some of the biggest things standing between you and what you want aren’t external obstacles, but the way you think, communicate, and respond to yourself? The way we think, the way we communicate, and the way we talk ourselves into or out of opportunities can have a powerful impact on our personal and professional lives.

In this interactive presentation, Stephanie will guide participants through three areas that influence how we show up for ourselves and with others: open-minded thinking, assertive communication, and self-sabotage.

Rather than simply presenting information, this session invites participants to reflect on their own experiences and engage in meaningful roundtable discussions. Together, participants will explore how assumptions can limit our thinking, why advocating for ourselves can sometimes feel uncomfortable, and how we may unknowingly create barriers to the very things we want to achieve.

The goal isn’t perfection or having all the answers. It’s developing greater awareness of our patterns, becoming more intentional in our choices, and gaining practical tools we can use in everyday life.
