Join the Landscape Illinois Young Professionals Committee for an interactive, open-concept panel discussion, Cultivating Leadership: Growing Through Every Stage.

This year’s panel will feature Gabe Pizzuto, Landworks LTD; Meghan Kohlmann, Midwest Groundcovers; and Torben Hoffmeyer, Hoffie Nursery, bringing diverse perspectives from across the green industry. Designed as a collaborative conversation rather than a traditional presentation, this event invites attendees to actively participate by asking questions and sharing insights throughout the discussion.

Together, we’ll explore what leadership looks like at different career stages and how to continue growing with intention. Through guided roundtable discussions, we’ll dive into topics including building a professional identity, managing peers and delegation, and understanding leadership styles and blind spots.
