The Block X Condominium Oasis has evolved since taking over as their landscaping maintenance vendor in 2018, but it has really grown in recent years. The team strives to keep the existing plants thriving while adding new features season after season. In 2022, the photographed Arborvitae wall was installed. Then in 2023, (2) Redbud trees were planted to complement the white blooming Serviceberry trees with blooms of pink. Most recently, during the 2024 calendar year, miniature retaining walls were built to create a level planting area for (4) new Maple trees which red fall color now complements the royal blue color of the building’s iron work. The community at this location truly embraces designing with living materials and the proper care is provided to keep this space healthy for years to come.
