In addition to maintaining a stunning garden aesthetic and white glove standards throughout the property during growing seasons, the client entertains family and friends regularly. Consequently, the property must be party-ready every week of the summer. Chief among the ongoing challenges the team attends to is the proper irrigation of the perennial gardens and turf that changes pitch and elevation dramatically. To accurately monitor the moisture in the turf, the property care manager will constantly check the weather and even walk the property barefoot to get a real assessment of irrigation needs on any given week.
