Village at Victory Lakes

Village at Victory Lakes is a 38-acre retirement community nestled between a forest preserve, medical facility and suburban residential sprawl. Their landscape management goal is minimal expense with maximum impact; multiple drastic swings in budget have occurred since our contract conception in 2008. Our Landscape management contract includes hundreds of large trees, ornamentals, formal hedges, perennials and acres of turf. A three-man crew is allowed one day a week for all maintenance services. Only 20% of campus has automated irrigation which was installed in 2016 and 2018. Large, open turf areas receive season specific fertilizer and irrigation management surrounding the duplex units. Year-round management services include snow and ice management for 11-acres of private roads, parking lots, driveways and sidewalks. Our account manager and foreman have consistently serviced this property for all 16 seasons and our site superintendent for 7 seasons providing comfort to the fluctuating administration and facility management.
