Waterfalls of Bolingbrook

Three sprawling water features in southwest suburban Bolingbrook delight thousands of passers-by each day. The waterfalls stretch parallel over about one-half mile. They create a visual buffer between two new commercial warehouses on one side and a residential subdivision on the other. A major thoroughfare separates the two, providing drivers with unexpected views and golfers at the nearby course with inspiration. Creating this total 15-acre project presented challenges. A union development, its size and scope required additional crew and created competition for truck space with warehouse construction workers. A one-way circle roundabout presented traffic challenges. Delays in processing electrical hookups impeded final testing to days before the opening of the 2024 LIV Golf Chicago tournament. Patience and teamwork were required to successfully complete this project. We receive many compliments about Waterfalls of Bolingbrook, which provided serene views to 15,000 attendees of the "world-class" golf tournament.
