Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual interested in developing a long-term career within a small irrigation and landscape lighting company. Our organization provides installation and service for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, committed to developing new skills, and capable of growing into a key role focused on the installation and service of irrigation and low-voltage lighting systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with and perform installation and service of irrigation and lighting systems
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a crew
• Operate in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Install irrigation heads and perform physical tasks such as digging and trenching
• Troubleshoot system issues, including reading voltage meters and diagnosing problems
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work independently following training
• Valid work authorization
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel and perform physically demanding tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
