Topiarius is a boutique landscape design, build, and maintenance firm serving some of Chicago’s most distinctive residential properties. We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in the landscape industry (or adjacent fields). This role combines horticulture, client advising, and creative problem-solving to ensure our clients’ properties continue to thrive year after year. If you enjoy working closely with clients, have a strong appreciation for planting design, and like the idea of managing beautiful properties across the city, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, landscape design, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technology proficiency (our sales team currently uses Microsoft, Google, Aspire, and HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of how to work effectively within client budgets.
- Ability to forecast revenue and portfolio performance, in collaboration with the sales manager.

Salary Range: Base salary up to $80,000, with commission that supplements your earnings and provides total compensation potential of $120,000+ once your portfolio is established.
