Requirements:
5+ years residential design-build: design, sales, estimating, project management
Strong hardscape/plant knowledge; read/develop plans; accurate site evaluation/measurements
Self-starter with excellent client communication/sales; organized and detail-oriented
Preferred: Degree in Landscape Architecture/Design or related; 3D software (Realtime Landscaping Architect or Uvision; training available); Salesforce a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify leads; onsite consultations; community networking
Site analysis; concepts; material selections to budget
Takeoffs/estimates; coordinate subcontractors; proposals and client presentations (pricing, 3D/site plans)
Pre-construction meetings; oversee install for design/budget/schedule; quality control/changes
Client updates; final walkthrough; invoicing/documentation
Compensation & Schedule:
Full-time; Monday–Friday; in person
Pay: $90,000–$130,000 per year + commission
