Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated landscape and hardscape designer/ project manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role and run your department within an expanding company. We specialize in high-end outdoor living spaces, including in-ground pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and full backyard transformations.
Our company has doubled in size over the past two years, and we are looking for the next key team member to help us continue that growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design custom outdoor living projects, including:
- In-ground pools (fiberglass & vinyl liner)
- Hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, fire features)
- Outdoor Kitchens, pergolas, and water features
-Develop 2D and 3D design plans for client presentations and project execution
-Meet with clients to understand their vision and guide them through the design process
-Prepare plans for estimating, bidding, and construction
-Manage projects from initial concept through final completion
-Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred) OR minimum of 5+ years experience in landscape/hardscape design AND project management
-Strong knowledge of construction practices in outdoor living projects
-Experience with design software such as Pool Studio, VIP3D, AutoCAD, or similar
-Ability to create detailed and visually compelling 2D and 3D designs
-Strong organizational and project management abilities
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
