Position Summary
The CSR will be the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, supporting the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating order fulfillment. As a key team member, you will help drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Outside Sales Team with preparing quotes, providing product information, running reports, following up with customers, and managing pricing and Earned Volume Discount (EVD) processes.
Address inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and order histories in the CRM system.
Enter B2B orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
Gather feedback from B2B customers to improve services and share insights with the sales team.
Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team, Admin team, and Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate delivery schedules and seamless order fulfillment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry expertise. Seek feedback for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Knowledge of the nursery or landscaping industry.
