Reinhart Landscaping & Snow is seeking a driven Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial properties in the Peoria, IL market. This role focuses on customer retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction through proactive communication, property audits, and the sale of enhancements and landscape services.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
-Conduct site visits and property audits
-Retain accounts and manage contract renewals
-Identify and close enhancement and landscape opportunities
-Communicate with clients and operations teams
-Maintain follow-up and manage pipeline activity

Seasonality & Snow
This role supports both landscape and snow operations. Snow events require flexibility, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsiveness and communication during snow events are critical to customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
-2+ years in account management, sales, or related field
-Landscaping or service industry experience preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Self-motivated and results-driven
-CRM experience (Aspire preferred)
