We are currently looking to add an experienced Account Manager to our team.
Position Description:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value landscape maintenance clients. You’ll manage relationships, contracts, budgets, and service delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience. With an existing book of business to step into, this role blends relationship management, operational coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the trusted advisor and main liaison for a portfolio of residential and commercial maintenance clients
· Conduct property assessments to understand client needs, horticultural conditions, and enhancement opportunities
· Develop customized proposals and contracts that reflect accurate labor, materials, and budgeted hour estimates
· Collaborate with field and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations
· Monitor account budgets and proactively address variances or service issues
· Identify and pursue upsell and enhancement opportunities to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth
· Regularly communicate with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address concerns promptly
· Renew client contracts and assist with onboarding new business opportunities
· Participate in business development initiatives to grow market presence and client base
· Provide recommendations for seasonal improvements and long-term property enhancement strategies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Proven experience in landscape account management or a related client-facing role
· Strong knowledge of horticulture, property maintenance, and landscape operations
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
· Ability to create and manage budgets, proposals, and contracts
· Comfortable working in outdoor environments and variable weather conditions
· Self-starter with a client-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
