We are looking to add a Landscape Designer to our design studio. This is a full-time position with a hybrid office/remote schedule.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an early-career landscape designer to join our design team and grow alongside our senior sales team and designers. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of residential landscape designs, learning the full project lifecycle from initial concept through construction documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or designer with a few years of experience to build a long-term career in residential design-build.
What You’ll Do
• Support senior designers in developing landscape designs that align with client goals and project objectives
• Prepare site plans, scaled drawings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams
• Research and recommend plant materials, hardscape elements, and other landscape features
• Assist in preparing construction documents, including technical drawings, specifications, and preliminary cost estimates
• Coordinate with sales, pre-construction, and project managers to keep projects moving smoothly
• Maintain organized project documentation, design files, and progress records
What We’re Looking For
• 1–5 years of experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or a closely related field (internships and academic projects count)
• Degree or coursework in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field — preferred, not required
• Working knowledge of DynaScape Design or AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D tools and Adobe Suite is a plus
• Familiarity with Aspire (or willingness to learn) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas to clients and teammates
• Eye for design, attention to detail, and curiosity about plants and outdoor spaces
• Team-first attitude
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and skills.
