The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with quality control and growth of our Profession Turf Care Program. The individual selected for this role will be applying granular fertilizer, liquid herbicide, operating sprayers, seeders, tractors, and aeration equipment. This person will be working along side and assisting the Turf Care Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate logistics and planning for all PTC work as requested. This may include assisting with purchasing, inventory and other administrative responsibilities.

Oversee equipment, and materials preparation for each job
Customer Service skills
Show care for Contour and client property
Help maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure proper function and safety
Manage job times and production through Aspire software program
Team player
Take part in snow operations as required during winter season
Employment Requirements
Must have Illinois Pesticide license or be able to obtain one within 60 days of employment
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able and ready to lift, push, or pull 80 pounds
Proficient in math related to application work
Horticulture or turf degree (2-4 years) preferred
Must be able to or learn to tow a trailer
Previous experience in operating equipment a plus
English and Spanish bilingual preferred
Compensation
Hourly compensation based on experience $20-$30/hour

Five Paid Sick/Personal days after 60 days
