Primary Responsibility – Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Position Expectations
The overall roll of this position is to lead and assist with physical work related to completing each assigned landscape maintenance job, while maintaining the standards and quality assurance set forth by Contour Landscaping. Leadership by example and strong communication and organizational skills are required to be successful in this role.
Position Accountabilities
Regular and on time attendance
Strong communication skills
Oversee provided equipment and materials preparation for each job
Show care for client properties and awareness of each job’s expectations
Maintain vehicle and equipment as required to include inspections and general care
Manage job times for entire crew for each job and at the Contour facility
Follow end of day procedures for returning to yard, parking and storing equipment
Position Standards
Follow all daily staff procedures including required paperwork and reporting quality assurance concerns and job specific notes to management
Comply with general safety practices and assure crew compliance
Comply with all standard operating procedures mandated by Contour Landscaping Inc.
Comply with equipment use, maintenance and safety standards
Comply with appearance and uniform standards mandated by Contour Landscaping Inc.
Background/General
Foreman must have at least two years’ experience operating light and medium duty landscape equipment and previous driving experience. Applicants must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to lift 80 pounds.

Salary Range: $20 to $25 per hour based on experience. Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
