Lead and oversee multiple irrigation and lighting crews across job sites, managing schedules, priorities, labor hours, and resources.
Coordinate all phases of irrigation and lighting construction to achieve project quality, profitability, and on-time completion.
Inspect field work, site layouts, and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with plans and company standards.
Resolve site and design issues, adjust field operations as needed, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Review project plans, permits, change orders, billing, and production schedules to keep projects on budget.
Promote and enforce safety programs, training, and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office and Aspire (preferred), for project tracking and documentation.
Requires 5+ years of experience in landscape, irrigation, or lighting construction, including blueprint interpretation and permitting knowledge.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, DOT compliance, and willingness to travel regularly between Illinois and Wisconsin.
Ability to lift 75 lbs., perform field work, communicate effectively in English (Spanish preferred), and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
