Lead and supervise multiple landscape construction crews, prioritizing work, scheduling tasks, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Monitor field operations, subcontractors, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate materials, equipment, production planning, and project communication with internal teams and clients.
Ensure accurate submission and approval of time records, work orders, change orders, and other required documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture through training, compliance, and daily oversight.
Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.
Utilize Aspire and other technology tools for project tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Support field crews as needed with hands-on work and problem-solving.
Requires 5+ years of landscape/construction experience, including hardscapes, grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, and blueprint interpretation.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, DOT compliance, ability to lift 75 lbs., and authorization to work in the U.S. required.
