Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Landscape Construction Coordinator to oversee residential and/or commercial landscape projects through the construction installation process.
The landscape coordinator will work directly with the project manager and operations manager to understand the design vision, develop practical and attractive landscape solutions, prepare estimates and proposals, coordinate crews and subcontractors, order materials, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of landscape construction and horticulture, an eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in landscape project management, landscape construction, landscape design, or a related field preferred.
• Previous landscape design experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plants, landscape materials, and installation practices.
• Understanding of grading, drainage, irrigation, hardscapes, planting, and general landscape construction.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, labor hours, and job costing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and adobe software suite programs is a plus
• Familiarity with estimating platforms like Aspire, LMN, or similar
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
